Pro Levels
Each pro has a specific level. The higher a pro level, the more traffic, opportunities and orders a pro will get. To earn a specific level, a pro must meet some requirements listed below.
Initial level
When you become a pro on Crackerjack, you basically don’t have any level specified yet.
You will have the ability to
- Create up to 6 services
Level 1
To reach level 1, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Your pro account age must be at least 30 days
- You need to successfully complete at least 10 orders
- You should earn at least $400
- You should maintain at least a 4.7-star rating
- Your response rate should be at least 90%
- Your order completion rate should be at least 90%
- You on-time delivery rate should be at least 90%
You will have the ability to
- Create up to 10 services
Level 2
To reach level 2, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Your pro account age must be at least 60 days
- You need to successfully complete at least 50 orders
- You should earn at least $2000
- You should maintain at least a 4.7-star rating
- Your response rate should be at least 90%
- Your order completion rate should be at least 90%
- You on-time delivery rate should be at least 90%
You will have the ability to
- Create up to 20 services
Level 3
To reach level 3, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Your pro account age must be at least 180 days
- You need to successfully complete at least 100 orders
- You should earn at least $20000
- You should maintain at least a 4.7-star rating
- Your response rate should be at least 90%
- Your order completion rate should be at least 90%
- You on-time delivery rate should be at least 90%
You will have the ability to
- Create up to 20 services
Note: The level 3 is the highest status you can achieve.
