How to claim a profile
Prerequisites
Before claiming an account, you must have a valid, verified Pro account on Crackerjack. If you haven't already done so, here are steps on how to create and verify your Pro account:
Claiming Your Profile
- Find the profile you wish to claim. Please note that unclaimed accounts are only accessible to non-authorized users. To do this, open the https://crackerjack.app URL in a browser incognito window and use the search feature to locate your account.
- Click on the name of the user to visit their profile page. Copy the URL from the address bar and save it for reference.
- Go to the Crackerjack contact form at https://crackerjack.app/support/request.
- Select Account Issue in the dropdown list and then choose Claim existing account.
- Paste the URL of the account you want to claim (which you copied and saved) into the Account link to claim field.
- In the Description field, explain your situation thoroughly. Provide details about why you are claiming this account.
- Optionally, you may need to prove that you are this entity's rightful owner. You can attach files as evidence using the Attachments section in the form.
- Finally, click the Submit button.
After submitting the form, the Crackerjack support staff will review your request within five business days. They may contact you for additional proof or evidence to verify your ownership of the account or entity.
Once the Crackerjack team confirms the authenticity of your claim, they will merge the claimed account into your Pro account, allowing you to manage it seamlessly.
