Don't worry, all you have to do is:
  • Go to your orders page.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • When asked if you would like to approve the delivery, click No.
  • Write a message to your pro and explain what you would like revised.

  • Select the relevant order.
  • Click Order Assistant.
  • Select Ask the pro to cancel this order. Provide more details and then click Submit. Your pro will have up to 48 hours to accept or decline. You can view your open dispute within the order details page.
