Account Was Disabled

Our main task is to provide a comfortable working environment for all platform users. Therefore, restrictions may be applied to some user accounts.

There are two types of restrictions:

1. Functionality disabling. If user violations are detected, account functionality may become limited. Restrictions include sending and receiving messages, and creating porjects, requests for a quote, quotes, and services. These restrictions will be either temporary or permanent, depending on the reason for violation.

2. Banning user account. In some cases, we have the right to permanently ban a user account.

For first-time violations we may send users a warning notification instead of applying restrictions.
