At the moment, I am providing meditations that can either be done virtually or on-site. While on-site, measures such as social distancing and proper sanitization will be strictly upheld.
Having obtained more than 515 hours of certification in Hatha Yoga, my yoga classes prioritize low-risk injury and correct alignment. They focus on the harmony between movement and breath that is most appropriate for the student.
In my personal experience, yoga has been an invaluable tool in navigating life changes with grace. The practice has taught me how to process thoughts and emotions mindfully, avoiding hasty decisions and enjoying the physical benefits of the practice. I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences with my students, drawing from both my education in yoga and my time as both a student and teacher.
The meditation practice that I offer is based on ancient yogic teachings. It is designed to help you redirect your focus inward, allowing all aspects of your being to be acknowledged while sitting in stillness. My aim is to guide you in creating a space for healing, processing, and expanding your levels of awareness.
