A bit about me:

Hello, I'm Tasha, and through my brand, 'wellnessthroughlove,' I lead guided meditations and sound healing sessions. As a certified yoga, meditation, and breathwork facilitator, I understand how anxiety and stress can result from pressure in various areas of life. I have personally benefited greatly from practicing meditation, having experienced a lack of acceptance and love in my childhood which contributed to anxiety. Through meditation, I discovered the power to shed limiting beliefs, cultivate self-love, and embrace opportunities.
