The definition of fitness is simple: challenge. The right challenge can transform your body in ways you desire: increased muscle, weight loss, resilience, and less fatigue. As a certified personal trainer for almost a decade, I have devoted my education and life to identifying and assessing your challenges, pushing you out of your comfort zone, breaking plateaus, and ultimately guiding you to maximize your potential. In FELIS Fitness, our rules are consistent: surprise, engage, challenge, educate, and enhance your life. But since everyone is unique, each training session is distinct and customized. Meeting and learning about you, what motivates you, and what helps you advance pushes me to create rewarding and challenging experiences each day.
