In FELIS Fitness, our rules are consistent: surprise, engage, challenge, educate, and enhance your life. But since everyone is unique, each training session is distinct and customized. Meeting and learning about you, what motivates you, and what helps you advance pushes me to create rewarding and challenging experiences each day.

My initial experience with Patrick, my first personal trainer, was terrific! The assessment he conducted prior to our classes was very beneficial in acquainting me with his training techniques. Using his 10-class package, we collaborated in group classes limited to two participants. His emphasis on good form notwithstanding, he ensured that each session was sufficiently challenging. What's more, Patrick brought all necessary equipment to our location, eliminating concerns about transportation or equipment accessibility. His flexibility in accommodating our fluctuating schedule was especially commendable. After just a few sessions, I could feel a tangible difference, motivating me to hire him again in the future.
