These tools are essential for a healthier life, providing physical and emotional resources for your body and mind at any age. They also help you stay fit, grounded, and strong in body, mind, and spirit.

When it comes to navigating a busy life with vitality, health, and emotional well-being, experience is gold. I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years and teaching for more than 30 years. In 2001, I opened my studio in Niwot, where I bring my lifetime of experience to create customized sessions and programs that suit your life and lifestyle.

Our work together would start with physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama), and gradually expand to include meditation, nutritional inquiry, and other tools. All of these are designed to help you feel better, more embodied, balanced, and more resourced emotionally and spiritually.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and my spacious, fully equipped studio is the perfect place to share the gifts of this lifelong practice and wellness path. I also work remotely via zoom, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how well it translates.

A healthy relationship with ourselves is the foundation of how we meet life and the world. Clients share that practicing yoga has helped them feel calmer, more balanced, and at peace in their daily lives and relationships.

In these troubled times, feeling resourced and at peace within ourselves is a precious gift that we cannot afford to overlook.
