Greetings! My name is Joel and I'm delighted that you've joined me. I specialize in Private Gentle Yoga Coaching, with a focus on guiding individuals who experience stress and anxiety toward a more Calm, Relaxed, and Centered state of being.

In Private Coaching, I will guide you in developing a sustainable Gentle Yoga practice that's entirely centered around your specific requirements, abilities, and goals. I will also incorporate our mindful three-step anxiety reduction technique, in which we BREATHE, FEEL, and SOFTEN, as you release tension, allowing you to feel more centered and proceed with more purpose in alignment with your values. You will also benefit from the numerous advantages of a regular gentle yoga practice, including heightened strength, flexibility, and balance.

Private Coaching is ideal for beginners and people who require assistance with stress and anxiety. As a certified Yoga Instructor and Professional Health & Wellbeing Coach with a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, I will be with you every step of the way as you bring your goals to life!

At the start of a strenuous training program in health and wellness coaching, I crossed paths with Joel. The program ran for a span of nine months and demanded active involvement from the participants. Joel's Private Yoga is amazing! His guidance has improved my flexibility and toned up my body. I always feel more relaxed after the class. I have struggled with turning my mind off during meditation, resulting in a lack of interest in it after attempting it a few years back. Recently, I decided to give it another chance after discovering Joel's 20-minute body scan. To my pleasant surprise, it proved effective at quieting my thoughts. Joel's voice made me feel as if he was right there with me, and when my mind would start to wander, he would chime in to steer me back on course. I experienced a level of relaxation I never thought possible, and I highly recommend this method.
