In Private Coaching, I will guide you in developing a sustainable Gentle Yoga practice that's entirely centered around your specific requirements, abilities, and goals. I will also incorporate our mindful three-step anxiety reduction technique, in which we BREATHE, FEEL, and SOFTEN, as you release tension, allowing you to feel more centered and proceed with more purpose in alignment with your values. You will also benefit from the numerous advantages of a regular gentle yoga practice, including heightened strength, flexibility, and balance.
Private Coaching is ideal for beginners and people who require assistance with stress and anxiety. As a certified Yoga Instructor and Professional Health & Wellbeing Coach with a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, I will be with you every step of the way as you bring your goals to life!
