Greetings, my name is Holly! As a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mobility specialist, I firmly believe that excellent movement is the key to a better quality of life. My fascination with wellness started when I worked at Lehigh University's Fitness Center as part of a work-study program. Through this, I witnessed how much it positively impacted my health and well-being, and I adored sharing the same passion with others. After receiving my CPT and corporate finance career, I dedicated myself full-time to wellness in 2018, establishing my personal training and yoga instruction business. Over the years, I have broadened my education to prioritize mobility and alignment, becoming a yoga teacher and FRC mobility specialist.

Nowadays, I leverage my knowledge in developing both muscle and healthy movement habits to assist my clients in accomplishing their goals securely. I usually work with my clients at their residences, virtually, or outdoors, but I also have access to gym and studio spaces.

Despite my hesitation to hire a personal trainer, I decided to give Holly a chance. I had not exercised in years and believed all I needed was a little push to get started at the gym in my new apartment complex. However, with Holly's personalized and attentive coaching, I gained a newfound appreciation and respect for my body, as well as the confidence and competence to overcome obstacles.
