Exercise alone will not result in weight loss, as it only accounts for 5% of the weight-loss process. With over 13 years of experience in weight loss and disease prevention, I have found that many people I work with follow misinformation, such as counting calories, macronutrients, calories in vs. calories out, and low-to-no carbohydrate diets. I can guide you in safely losing weight and maintaining it, along with providing information on other aspects of healthy living. My clinical scientific background has enabled me to produce results with my clients and patients, without the frustrations of failed diets like keto, paleo, or high-fat/low-nutrition plans.My gym is located on the west side and I work with clients up to three times per week, with access to a pool. My expertise includes Nutritional Sciences, exercise physiology, mental health, and physical therapy, all of which I share under one umbrella of lifestyle training. I do not share before and after pictures on social media, as privacy is my top priority, but my clients and patients have had tremendous success with reversing disease, losing weight, and changing their physical and mental well-being.
If you're looking for a professional with medical expertise in physio-therapy, exercise sciences, and Nutrition, I am the trainer for you. I do not waste time in getting clients and patients to their goals, as I have a wide range of knowledge in these fields. During the first appointment, we will evaluate the areas of the body that need rehabilitation, and provide a program if needed. You will also receive a workout program to follow on days you aren't training. The second appointment will be a workout based on the rehabilitation program, while every follow-up appointment will cater to your goals.

As a Clinical Nutritionist specializing in chronic disease, I have helped patients reverse CKD, CAD, Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson's/MS, Colon Cancer, Breast Cancer, and various autoimmune disorders. I am also an ex-competitive athlete, having trained with and trained professional athletes, college athletes, aspiring athletes and amateurs.
I am also the creator of special wellness retreats, which take place in Costa Rica, Belize, Spain, and Portugal. A 7-day all-inclusive retreat is available for $2,500, while a luxury retreat is available for $3,900. New clients can take advantage of the early-bird discount for Costa Rica retreats.

With his incredible expertise in nutrition and the human body, Ryan has been an immense help to me. Due to the lasting effects of car accidents, I've struggled for years. However, Ryan taught me stretching and movement techniques that allowed my muscles to loosen up, improving my strength and flexibility. Ryan's vast knowledge of the human body and keen eye for detail left me thoroughly impressed. After almost a month of training with Ryan, I am extremely satisfied with my progress. His workouts are both enjoyable and challenging, making each session fun and worthwhile. On my first day, Ryan conducted an intense assessment that made me question whether I should continue with his training.
