About
The yoga routines I create aim to enhance your abilities. Each session involves meditation and mindfulness practices and is geared towards achieving your set intention for the day. As you progress through the sessions, your poses become refined, and your overall practice improves.Teaching yoga is a source of immense joy for me. Witnessing clients' physical and spiritual transformations fills me with great satisfaction. Conducting a Power Yoga class where students are pushed to their limits is particularly rewarding, as is teaching Vinyasa Flow and observing my clients' enthusiasm for the routines.
