I am grateful for having found Jessica. Thanks to the Diet Free Life program, I have learned to consume regular foods in the proper combinations to lose weight. I am never hungry nor do I feel like I'm missing out, thanks to consuming three meals and three to four snacks daily. This program combined with a regular exercise routine helps me reach my goals. Moderation is the key to consuming anything you want. During my 8-week journey, I lost 16.2 pounds and 14.75 inches. This is a program I can follow every day.
