The Workouts - Our 60% Cardio 40% Strength split will help you lose weight and tone up, and workout structures change every day to keep you motivated.

The Contests - Every 6 weeks, you could win gift prizes just by doing your best with nutrition and exercises. We keep the most accurate records around to make sure you know how your body is changing.

Nutrition - We don't leave you to fend for yourself. Our fitness records update your required calories, and we keep you accountable by connecting you to your trainer using MyFitnessPal.

The People - Asbury U Personal Training is a community. We break away from sessions to enjoy an obstacle course run, yoga class, or self-defense class.

MEET YOUR TRAINER!

Jordan is one of the top health professionals in Hampton Roads. With a degree in Kinesiology from Temple University and ten years of experience in the fitness industry, he's a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist at Hampton Roads Kroc Center-Norfolk VA. He has trained athletes, actors, models, business owners, elders, and teens. Jordan wants to change lives through transformed minds and bodies while building lasting relationships with clients as a part of the family!
