I am amazed! My slate floor, which is 11 years old, looks as good as new. Although we were relocating from NV to CA when Ken provided service for our tile floors, we communicated only via email. Nevertheless, Ken presented himself as a consummate professional, conveying kindness, adaptability, and expertise. Ken expertly assessed our requirements and followed through on his commitments. Despite our initial misgivings due to our tile floors' neglect under the previous owners' care for more than fourteen years, Ken successfully restored them to their original luster.
