I am amazed! My slate floor, which is 11 years old, looks as good as new. Although we were relocating from NV to CA when Ken provided service for our tile floors, we communicated only via email. Nevertheless, Ken presented himself as a consummate professional, conveying kindness, adaptability, and expertise. Ken expertly assessed our requirements and followed through on his commitments.
