Rob exhibited a high level of professionalism and thoughtfulness. He promptly informed me in the morning about the heavy traffic on his way to his initial appointment which would consequently impact his arrival in the afternoon. I am grateful for the advance notice. Additionally, he willingly assisted me with my mobility impairment relating to my legs and sitting up/turning over. I was thoroughly pleased with his willingness to help. His demeanor exuded comfort and professionalism throughout his visit, which has left me anticipating our next interaction. Rob was exceptional! I was in distress due to the pain in my arm and shoulder caused by my workout, and I knew I needed a genuine sports/medical massage to address the problem.
