Rob exhibited a high level of professionalism and thoughtfulness. He promptly informed me in the morning about the heavy traffic on his way to his initial appointment which would consequently impact his arrival in the afternoon. I am grateful for the advance notice. Additionally, he willingly assisted me with my mobility impairment relating to my legs and sitting up/turning over.
