My personalized workouts and programs are designed to ensure safe, effective, and proven results for each client's unique body type and mindset. While I may not be the cheapest option, I am undoubtedly the best. With 40 years of experience in the industry, my dedication to inspiring change in clients has only grown stronger over time. My approach, including corrective and functional strength training, aims to enhance overall function, alignment and success in all areas of life.
My training methods target specific areas of your body such as glute strength, trimmed thighs, arms and chest, improved cardio, injury recovery, athletic performance, and cater to the needs of mature clients. By committing to our program, you will experience tangible results that will last a lifetime.
We utilize TRX, free weights, cable machines, Pilates and HIIT training, and a host of virtual workouts using bodyweight exercises or household items for sliders. I also provide guidance on equipment purchases. Our training address back and joint issues, posture challenges, and foot postures, which enhance the effectiveness of each exercise throughout the body.
As a Purium Health Coach, I offer detox programs and guide clients on how to maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. With my versatile, experienced, humorous, and mature coaching, I have helped thousands of individuals succeed and become the best version of themselves.
Our introductory package includes a 75-minute Functional Movement Assessment and three private sessions, while single sessions are also available. Each session is documented with notes and videos to make progress tracking easier.

During my membership with Pura Vida in Cherry Creek, I was introduced to Pilates classes. Initially, I was hesitant to try an exercise that wasn't typically considered masculine or focused on weightlifting. Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and attend my first Pilates session with Coleen Glenn-Wilson. To my surprise, this experience proved to be life-changing. Despite being in my mid-60s, overweight, and borderline diabetic, I was able to improve my health with Colleen's help. I worked with her privately and in small groups for three years, and although it was costly and physically challenging, it was an investment in my wellbeing.
Unfortunately, Colleen relocated to Boulder, which is over 60 miles away from where I live in Castle Rock. This meant that when she stopped training in Denver, I had to find another solution. After my excellent experience with her, I decided to purchase a Peak Pilates reformer for home use. Thanks to Colleen's excellent training, I'm now able to work out independently, and the reformer is now an essential part of my conditioning routine.
Without any reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a qualified trainer who cares and practices authentic Joseph Pilates methods.
