The entire experience was exceptional! The staff were all extremely professional and helpful, particularly Jenny who was instrumental in scheduling the work and estimate. She even called me back to ask if they could move the job by a day so that one of their more experienced installers could complete it. Jenny answered all of my queries, and was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Joe also did a phenomenal job with the estimate; he provided clear, concise explanations of the work that needed to be done and the process involved. Not only was Joe's quote highly competitive, it was almost half the price of what I had received from a less professional, smaller firm. On the day of the job, Dylan called ahead to notify me 30 minutes before his arrival - this was a welcome courtesy. He continued to keep me informed, explaining each step in detail and ensuring that I fully understood the work that he was doing. The end result? Our two showers look amazing! I cannot recommend The Grout Medic Team highly enough.

I engaged the services of Grout Medic for the purpose of carrying out some renovation on the dated wall tile in my bathroom. Although old, the tile occupies a significant portion of space and I wished to maintain its appeal. Although I toyed with the idea of DIY after reviewing various YouTube videos, I ultimately decided to engage the expertise of a seasoned professional. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and would not hesitate to strongly recommend Grout Medic. Despite providing pictures of the work, I am convinced that they do not fully capture the essence of the job done.
