Our coaching team includes co-founders Coach Debbee & Coach Chris, boasting 12+ years of combined experience in fitness coaching, with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), Kettlebell Concepts, and CPR-AED.
STRNG Pain-Free Performance delivers tangible outcomes, using tailored training programs to aid functional strength development, body mechanics education, metabolic health improvement, healthy weight attainment, and elevated confidence, both within and beyond the gym.
Training sessions can be conducted in our proprietary studio located in the Adam's Morgan neighborhood, at your residence, via remote means, or outdoors.

Myself and two friends joined Chris for a virtual strength training program in preparation for my wedding and it was amazing! While we received guidance on posture, the rest of the check-ins were up to us. Despite never having done strength training before, I now incorporate it into my weekly hiking regime. For years, I have struggled with my weight, body image, and exercise routine, like many others. Having worked with several coaches and personal trainers, I can confidently say that Chris stands out as the best.
