After my lifelong piano tuner retired, I searched through several replacement options, feeling wary after numerous disappointing experiences with other tuners. However, Matthew was a refreshing change when he arrived at my door - punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to meet my needs. Not only did he fix an issue that my previous tuner had botched, but I have had no problems with my piano since (despite years of repeated problems). Matthew has expertly tuned, voiced, cleaned, and repaired my piano's broken strings and keys, always arriving on schedule and without any surprising add-on fees. As a piano teacher with 65 students and a future MM program candidate, my piano sees an average of 10 hours of daily use, requiring tuning every four months.
