After my lifelong piano tuner retired, I searched through several replacement options, feeling wary after numerous disappointing experiences with other tuners. However, Matthew was a refreshing change when he arrived at my door - punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to meet my needs. Not only did he fix an issue that my previous tuner had botched, but I have had no problems with my piano since (despite years of repeated problems).
