Hello there! My name is Jess, and I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your weight loss goals, while also boosting your self-esteem and confidence.

With 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness manager, I've been in your shoes and I know where you're headed. After having my daughter, I found myself at a weight that exceeded my expectations. However, I managed to lose over 55lbs and keep it off - and I want to help you do the same!

As a Personal Trainer and Mindset Coach, my main focus is to help you develop food freedom. By understanding how your body reacts to proper nutrition, we can find a way to lose weight without having to restrict your favorite foods. Instead, we'll focus on adding the right elements to your diet, which will in turn reduce your desire for unhealthy extras.

My ultimate goal is to help you find enjoyable ways to exercise, so that you can feel stronger, healthier, and happier. By identifying activities you love and adapting them to meet your personal fitness goals, you'll be on your way to feeling your best.

My approach centers on delivering the results you need, while providing you with a strong foundation to maintain them. Let's work together to exceed your weight loss goals!

I highly recommend Jess as a personal trainer! I started seeing progress within just a few weeks of working with her. She is incredibly attentive to my individual needs and requests during our sessions. As someone with POTS, she has taken extra care to design a workout plan that accommodates my condition. Furthermore, Jess is always available to answer any questions I may have while exercising at home. Overall, I cannot recommend her services enough - Jess is a truly fantastic personal trainer! :)
