Our senior cat was groomed exceptionally well by Kim. Unfortunately, I had put off scheduling grooming for too long resulting in extensive matting. Nevertheless, Kim displayed patience, gentleness, and treated our elderly feline with kindness and sympathy. I highly recommend her services!
