Kimberly provided exceptional care for my cat and was incredibly informative. With all the necessary equipment at her disposal, she efficiently took care of my cat. I am planning to book her again. Our senior cat was groomed exceptionally well by Kim. Unfortunately, I had put off scheduling grooming for too long resulting in extensive matting. Nevertheless, Kim displayed patience, gentleness, and treated our elderly feline with kindness and sympathy. I highly recommend her services!

I had an amazing experience! Kim was incredibly friendly and my dog immediately warmed up to her. The grooming was fantastic and it didn't drag on like it usually does at larger stores. Overall, I highly recommend Kim and my furry friend would agree!

My little Annie was never easy to handle at other grooming locations, but Kim is different. As her groomer, Kim takes exceptional care of my pup and Annie has transformed into a new dog. She absolutely adores Kim, and I trust her completely. Frankly speaking, I would go to great lengths just to follow Kim to another grooming salon.
