Although the job was completed satisfactorily, there were a couple of issues that I encountered. Firstly, the repair process was delayed as I had to prepay $14 for a fan. In my opinion, if the total cost of replacing parts is below $50 or even $100, then it would be more customer-friendly for the repair shop to order the parts themselves instead of asking the customer to prepay. Secondly, I was not pleased with their attitude towards leaving my laptop with them. When I asked about the risks, they responded with "if something happens to it, well, you chose to leave it here." While they were able to fix my laptop, they need to improve their customer service.
