About
My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that yoga caters to a wide audience. Whether you're recuperating from an injury, navigating the delicate stages of pregnancy and postpartum, striving to enhance your athletic performance, or seek stress reduction, I'm here to support you! Every session is bespoke, custom-tailored to suit your unique physique, objectives, and energy levels. Additionally, I possess advanced training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as pain science.Remote sessions commence at $80, while in-person sessions start at $90 (inclusive of travel costs). These fees are solely for a single participant, and if there are multiple students, the prices go up.
Our one-on-one sessions span for 75 minutes.

Since August 2020, I have been practicing yoga with Mary. We started with Beginner Yoga and now have progressed to attending 3-4 sessions per week. Mary is adept at understanding her clients' needs early on, such as what works best for them, how to benefit their health, how to protect them from injuries, and how to help them recover from an injury. Although I am not the most elegant yoga student, Mary instills confidence in her clients. The fact that Mary is located 5 hours from me makes me hope that she will always offer ZOOM classes. She uplifts me when I'm feeling low and supports me when I require it. Namaste.

For the last 15 years, I have intermittently attended yoga sessions. From my personal observation, the instructor can greatly influence the outcome of the session. Mary stands out as one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. Her classes leave me feeling reinvigorated both in mind and body; the workout is an ideal blend of toning and stretching exercises. Her attention to students of all levels is commendable, constantly offering adjustments during class and emphasizing the need for a personalized practice that suits one's own physiology.
