Our specialty is providing IT security and support to dental offices. We have experience with a range of software, including HIPAA, Dentrix, DEXIS, OpenDental, CareStream, Eaglesoft, and more. With over a decade of experience as a Mission Critical Support Engineer and Infrastructure Project Manager at Hewlett Packard, we have worked with some of the most complex Fortune 100 compute and network infrastructures. In 2007, we were named HP Service's Most Valuable Player, representing the top performing 2% globally.
For the past nine years, we have been operating an IT consulting and support business in Dallas, TX, focused on small and medium-sized businesses. Our goal is to help clients manage and maintain their in-house and/or cloud-based IT infrastructures, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
In addition to 20+ years of real-world experience, we hold various certifications, including ISC2's Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP), EC-Council's Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and VMware Certified Professional (VCP). We also have CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA HealthCare IT and Logical Operations Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT) Certifications.
Our passion for technology and high-quality customer service is reflected in our part-time role as a Professor at Collin College in Plano, TX, where we teach courses on Computers in the Medical Office, CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certifications.

Shane is my trusted IT specialist who recently assisted us with a Microsoft office issue regarding our server. However, due to our business expansion across multiple locations, the associated costs of maintaining a telecommunications infrastructure and acquiring additional licensing proved to be unreasonable.
