As my initial CrackerJack hire, I felt apprehensive about selecting an unfamiliar person for the position. However, Chef Russ exceeded all expectations. Words cannot express how impressed I was with his services. Notably, he responded promptly, cooperated closely with me to devise a personalized menu, provided reasonable pricing, arrived punctually with all necessary equipment, artfully presented and served the dishes, and tidied up afterwards. Furthermore, the cuisine was simply delectable - a solid 10 out of 10. I will certainly rehire him without hesitation for future occasions. The dinner, prepared with Kosher ingredients, accommodated two individuals.
