Eric came to our residence in White Lake, MI to assess the cost of installing our septic system. His conduct was highly professional, and he presented us with a quotation. We are presently awaiting the relocation process to be completed before beginning the installation work. However, everything appears to be going well thus far.

At 6 pm on a Tuesday evening, I made a call, and to my surprise, this was the only company that responded. Eric was dispatched to my home the following day, and to my disappointment, I was informed of my failed septic system. Though Eric and his team handled everything in a professional manner, I am now awaiting a county inspection and survey.

Whilst selling our house, we discovered that our field was starting to flood during the home inspection. Uncertain whether a new field was required, we contacted Universal Septic. The company further supplied an estimate, along with two other quotes, which was approximately $1,000 less than the others. The project took roughly four days, and as it was a border-line engineered project, sufficient preparation was required.
