Eric came to our residence in White Lake, MI to assess the cost of installing our septic system. His conduct was highly professional, and he presented us with a quotation. We are presently awaiting the relocation process to be completed before beginning the installation work. However, everything appears to be going well thus far.

At 6 pm on a Tuesday evening, I made a call, and to my surprise, this was the only company that responded. Eric was dispatched to my home the following day, and to my disappointment, I was informed of my failed septic system. Though Eric and his team handled everything in a professional manner, I am now awaiting a county inspection and survey.

Whilst selling our house, we discovered that our field was starting to flood during the home inspection. Uncertain whether a new field was required, we contacted Universal Septic. They provided their expertise and confirmed that our field had indeed failed. The company further supplied an estimate, along with two other quotes, which was approximately $1,000 less than the others. The project took roughly four days, and as it was a border-line engineered project, sufficient preparation was required. Upon completion, both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the excellent service offered by Universal Septic.
