Jonathan is a truly outstanding trainer! As my coach for nearly two years, he has not only helped me but also my children in enhancing their agility training for basketball and football. His routine starts with 15-20 minutes of core strength and stretching exercises before moving on to interval training thrice a week. Last year, I turned 50 and was in poor physical condition, constantly worrying about my health. Working five night shifts a week as an ER nurse, I feared becoming a stroke or heart attack victim myself. In lieu of a BMW sports car, I treated myself to exceptional personal training with Jonathan Shojaie. Over six months, I shed 30 pounds, dropping from 205 to 175. Unlike the intimidating boot camps I feared, Jonathan offered personalized, enjoyable sessions twice weekly. I could still indulge in my favorite foods, as long as I ate them in moderation. As a Filipino, rice and heavy carbs were part of my everyday diet, but Jonathan taught me to limit them.
