YOGA
To me, yoga is not just an exercise, but a way of life; it is a scientific practice as well as an art. Read on to learn more about me and Vitality Yoga.
My teaching style is grounded in Hatha and has been influenced by Yin, Iyengar, and Ayurveda. I've had the privilege of practicing with Iyengar teacher H.S. Arun, anatomy expert Tiffany Cruikshank, and training under Iyengar teacher Sandy Carmellini. My main concern when teaching is that my students practice safely and appropriately for their own unique bodies, as no two bodies are the same. I encourage my students to approach their physical and mental challenges with an open heart and mind, accepting them as opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of their body and mind. Through this process, yoga helps individuals to become more grounded both on and off the mat.
REIKI
Reiki, also known as universal life energy, is a gentle therapeutic technique that can help alleviate physical and mental stress and pain. It can be performed as a standalone treatment or used safely in combination with other therapies. I decided to become a Reiki practitioner after experiencing pain relief and a sense of calmness myself. I received my Reiki training from Masters Amy Erez and Shelle Rae.
CHAKRA BALANCING
Chakra opening can be done during Reiki sessions or separately using crystals.

Private lessons were bought for my mother who had no prior experience in yoga. After speaking with a few instructors, Andrea was the only one who was able to grasp my expectations. Recently, my mother had her inaugural yoga class with Andrea and she thoroughly enjoyed it!

Attending a yoga retreat was a new experience for me, as I had no prior knowledge in yoga. I was initially doubtful about it, but felt a strong urge to go. I expressed my honest concerns to Andrea via email, and her reassuring response eased my doubts and reinforced my decision to enroll in the retreat. Upon arriving, I received a warm, loving welcome from the staff and participants, whom I had never met before. The yoga sessions were exceptional, with expert guidance and tailored to my individual needs. The food was delicious, with praise for the cook. Every aspect of the retreat was unique and unparalleled, keeping me eager for the next opportunity. A raking session with Andrea, that proved to be exactly what I needed, was the cherry on top of a great experience. Best of all, I met a wonderful group of people. Namaste.

I am extremely grateful to VitalityYoga for this wonderful retreat! It was truly amazing! From the moment I arrived, everyone welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of their family. I loved how the retreat was organized, providing a balanced and complete experience. In the mornings, we started with yoga followed by breakfast, a nature walk, and rest time. Afternoon yoga was followed by dinner, all of which were delicious and vegetarian.
The retreat was perfect in every way, providing everything I needed to achieve a happier and more balanced life. Working with the elements was a great experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have attended this retreat. It was an opportunity for me to learn and explore new things, taking me out of my comfort zone. Andrea is an extremely empathetic and efficacious healer. My Reiki session with her was extremely soothing and I could tangibly sense the energy flowing through my body, particularly around my head. The subsequent day, I felt a sense of weightlessness, joyfulness, and invigoration.

Soul Candy provided me with the nourishment I needed for my soul. I embarked on the retreat seeking comfort and clarity during the autumnal transition and discovered no better place than Soul Candy to fulfill these desires. Andrea’s teachings, rooted in extensive knowledge and compassion, reflect her deep admiration for the present moment and the varied experiences it brings, from group exhaustion to chilly weather or boundless energy. Focus on the elements was key at Soul Candy, with each day dedicated to fire, wood, earth, metal, or water, offering unique challenges to each individual. Andrea remained a constant and spirited guide, assisting us in finding balance during practice and daily hikes. Jeremy, Andrea’s affectionate husband, prepared delectable meals, while James, her dear friend and restaurant owner, provided catered meals on some days, thoughtfully paired with the element of the day. We congregated with laughter and learning in Andrea and Jeremy’s abode, relishing in the delicious and satisfying meals. I wholeheartedly recommend Soul Candy to anyone, irrespective of yoga proficiency, for Andrea imparts valuable insights about the mind and body while celebrating life’s joys.
