Hello! My name is Kiana Isom and I am the proud owner of Ki' Pet Palace LLC. My passion for animals started at a young age when I would assist in the care of my family's pets and even bring home strays. As a teenager, I enjoyed pet sitting for loved ones and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. However, my career path led me to major in Business Administration & Finance and I landed a job at a Fortune 500 Company. Despite the success, I never felt fulfilled in Corporate America. In 2016, I discovered my true calling and transitioned to working full-time with animals through apps like Care.com, Doggy Vacay, Rover, and Wag!. Eventually, I realized the desire to provide more exclusive services and products, leading me to establish Ki's Pet Palace LLC in 2017. As the business grew, I enlisted the help of my mother to assist with client care. We are a family-run operation and treat our clients like our own. Kiana has been an exceptional pet sitter - the best that I've encountered so far. Her responsiveness to both our requirements and our pets’ needs is remarkable. On her watch, we witnessed our cat come out of hiding and seek her affectionate cuddles, something we'd never witnessed before. Our rabbits greeted her impishly every day, with evident enthusiasm. Her regular photo updates on each visit relieved us that our pets were in good hands, bringing us comfort whenever we were away.
