Hello! My name is Kiana Isom and I am the proud owner of Ki' Pet Palace LLC. My passion for animals started at a young age when I would assist in the care of my family's pets and even bring home strays. As a teenager, I enjoyed pet sitting for loved ones and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. However, my career path led me to major in Business Administration & Finance and I landed a job at a Fortune 500 Company. Despite the success, I never felt fulfilled in Corporate America. In 2016, I discovered my true calling and transitioned to working full-time with animals through apps like Care.com, Doggy Vacay, Rover, and Wag!. Eventually, I realized the desire to provide more exclusive services and products, leading me to establish Ki's Pet Palace LLC in 2017. As the business grew, I enlisted the help of my mother to assist with client care. We are a family-run operation and treat our clients like our own.
