Maintaining a healthy lifestyle entails a combination of a balanced diet, proper hygiene, and adequate sleep. Staying active also elevates endorphin levels and helps regulate cortisone levels. Without good health, life is simply not possible. Therefore, prioritizing your health is a must! My ultimate goal is to inspire, motivate, and guide those around me in achieving their dreams, particularly in dance, fitness, and overall health. Two and a half to three months ago, I was feeling moderately depressed, extremely overweight, and lacking in energy. That's when I began training with Lindsay. At the time, I was 288 lbs and stood at 5'10. Today, after weighing in with her, I am proud to say that I've shed some weight and now weigh 262 lbs! With Lindsay's help, I've been able to improve my attitude towards life, achieve my fitness goals, and even have her as my patient trainer and salsa choreographer partner.
