To start, I would like to listen to your personal experiences. As we progress, our approach will be collaborative and interactive.

I will provide structured guidance to help you explore the factors that have led to your struggles with impulse control, generalized anxiety, chronic stress, loneliness, and unstable relationships. While these are common problems, my approach is tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. Each session will include guided self-reflection and purposeful action, and we will meet periodically to assess your progress and make plans for your future growth.

My focus areas include anxiety, stress management, communication, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and pain and autoimmune management. I also believe in fostering a balanced lifestyle, giving equal attention to all areas of your life with each compartment receiving the necessary priority.

I am available on weekday mornings and afternoons through 6:00 p.m. Depending on your availability, I would recommend weekly sessions, but this is not a requirement.

As a multi-sport athlete, I am very active - unfortunately, my right knee has been causing me discomfort for several months now. Despite seeing a massage therapist, my family doctor, and even an orthopedic surgeon, I didn't feel fully empowered to tackle this issue on my own until I met Jill. While the other professionals I consulted with provided some degree of help, Jill showed me how to help myself. Previously, my go-to solution would have been to strengthen my knee. However, I learned from Jill that creating space in my joints was more effective. Additionally, we examined my daily routine, which involves sitting at a desk and driving a car, and how these habits were adding to my muscle tightness and back pain. Jill was prompt in her communication and offered useful advice in preparation for our session. Although we met in her studio, I could tell that a remote session would be just as effective given her well-equipped space. What stood out to me was Jill's attentiveness to my personal history with fitness, yoga, and any previous injuries or discomfort. She taught me how to differentiate pain in my joints versus my muscles and how to approach stretches with patience and caution. This was especially helpful for my hip joint pain, which she showed me how to ease into stretches without aggravating the injury. Jill's insights on my recurring knee pain also shed light upon the importance of safeguarding it for my future wellbeing. It was an eye-opener for me as I had never viewed it that way before, and she offered effective techniques to avoid further harm during workouts or weight training.
