To start, I would like to listen to your personal experiences. As we progress, our approach will be collaborative and interactive.
I will provide structured guidance to help you explore the factors that have led to your struggles with impulse control, generalized anxiety, chronic stress, loneliness, and unstable relationships. While these are common problems, my approach is tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. Each session will include guided self-reflection and purposeful action, and we will meet periodically to assess your progress and make plans for your future growth.
My focus areas include anxiety, stress management, communication, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and pain and autoimmune management. I also believe in fostering a balanced lifestyle, giving equal attention to all areas of your life with each compartment receiving the necessary priority.
I am available on weekday mornings and afternoons through 6:00 p.m. Depending on your availability, I would recommend weekly sessions, but this is not a requirement.
