A contract was awarded to Mr. McNaught for two tasks- A.) cleaning a residential property and B.) buffing & waxing tile floors. He executed the tasks with great skill and finesse, particularly impressing me with the outstanding results of the floors. Dwayne exhibits a great passion for his work and always strives to go the extra mile to achieve excellence.

I was let down by both the price and the standard of the cleaning service. Upon addressing my dissatisfaction and bringing to attention the spots left on my floors, I received an unhelpful reply advising that I simply rinse the area with water and no acknowledgment of my grievances.
