Duane provided an exceptional experience. His remarkable attention to detail was evident, and he remained dedicated to completing the task until the end without any breaks. The apartment that required cleaning presented a challenging task, but Duane tackled it with ease. In fact, he went above and beyond by fixing scratches and holes in the drywall. I was let down by both the price and the standard of the cleaning service. Upon addressing my dissatisfaction and bringing to attention the spots left on my floors, I received an unhelpful reply advising that I simply rinse the area with water and no acknowledgment of my grievances.
