An appointment was arranged for her to review the apartment and provide an estimate, which was scheduled for Friday at 12 pm. To confirm, I texted her on Thursday, but received no response. I tried calling twice and still didn't get a reply. Ultimately, she didn't show up on Friday. After finally getting in touch with her, she claimed to be sick, and offered to reschedule on a day of my choice. I suggested Tuesday the 28th, but never received a response. This lack of response seems to indicate irresponsibility on her part.

Later this month, we will be welcoming our first baby and we reached out to Jen for assistance with a deep clean of our apartment.
