An appointment was arranged for her to review the apartment and provide an estimate, which was scheduled for Friday at 12 pm. To confirm, I texted her on Thursday, but received no response. I tried calling twice and still didn't get a reply. Ultimately, she didn't show up on Friday. After finally getting in touch with her, she claimed to be sick, and offered to reschedule on a day of my choice. I suggested Tuesday the 28th, but never received a response. This lack of response seems to indicate irresponsibility on her part.

Later this month, we will be welcoming our first baby and we reached out to Jen for assistance with a deep clean of our apartment. Wow, what an outstanding job! Jen displayed the utmost professionalism, arriving on time and offering reasonable rates. During the estimate, she provided an honest evaluation of what was necessary and what wasn't. Rather than exploiting the situation and recommending unnecessary services, she was sincere, suggesting what would work best. Furthermore, she followed up the day before the cleaning session, and arrived punctually. The house looked immaculate, even better than when I first moved in. When I returned home, everything was clean, organized, and spotless. Her willingness to resolve any overlooked areas clearly showcases her dedication.
