As a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, I take pride in using my expertise to guide others on their fitness journey. During our sessions, we will discuss a range of topics, including nutrition and hydration, past injuries, muscular imbalances, gut health, inflammation, and motivational factors. By breaking down these complex topics, we can create a personalized plan that caters to your specific needs and goals, helping you make progress towards a healthier and happier lifestyle. My approach is centered around empowering my clients with as much knowledge as possible, giving you the tools to maintain your fitness independently if you choose to do so. For first-time clients, I like to offer a complimentary workout and consultation to get a sense of where you're at and gauge my energy and style.
I offer outdoor training sessions throughout various locations in Portland, including your home or workplace. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water, and I'll provide all the necessary equipment.
