Patrick's response was both prompt and skillful, as he even made the effort to visit North Michigan Avenue on a Saturday afternoon during the period of civic unrest. It was truly going above and beyond! Moreover, the computer repair he conducted, which included a recommended hard drive replacement, is working wonderfully. Five stars simply do not do justice to his excellent service.

Patrick provided me with excellent computer service, working on both my wife's old computer and her new PC. He began by removing the SSD card from her old computer and setting up the new one, removing all unnecessary software and installing important security features. Patrick then transferred all the data from the old drive to the new computer flawlessly. Moving on to my computer, I had been struggling with a persistent issue where my screen could not be dimmed, but Patrick was able to resolve it with ease. This alone made his services worth the cost. Additionally, he was able to clean up my computer and detect 25 threats. Overall, I highly recommend Patrick and his company for their vast knowledge of computers and malware, their patience and relatability to clients, fair prices and ethical work habits. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick.

In the end, I did not proceed with the hire since I managed to solve the problem independently. Nonetheless, during a period of extreme anxiety when I urgently required someone to repair my work computer, I received a response within minutes of posting and we quickly devised a plan to fix it the following day. The employee with whom I communicated displayed a delightful demeanor and professionalism. Though my circumstances did not require their services, I would unquestionably turn to them for technical support in the future.
