Mark was the first PC repair CrackerJack referral to respond and called me immediately. Based on the symptoms I described, he knew that there was a risk of imminent hard drive failure, which would result in data loss. Mark's availability was not limited to a 9 to 5 schedule. He arrived at my home that evening, despite being busy all day, and attempted to transfer my data using an external drive. Luckily, he managed to save all my data. Given the age of my computer (11 years old), Mark recommended that I not continue investing in repairs. Instead, he suggested buying a new one. I expressed my budgetary concerns, and he found a great deal online on a nearly-new, refurbished Dell laptop. The following day, Mark met me at the store and explained how he planned to improve upon it. He even added a new drive exclusively for my personal photos and data, keeping me informed on the progress throughout. Two days later, he returned with the modified PC, and installed Office 365 and other necessary programs. He was always patient with his explanations and provided answers to all my queries. Mark even followed up a few days later, to check if there were any issues or questions I might have. He assured me that I could reach out to him anytime in the future, which was very reassuring. Considering all that he did, Mark's price was reasonable. In addition, his knowledge is exceptional, and he thinks outside the box.
