Having worked with older adults and seniors, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia, for eight years, I understand these struggles all too well. Witnessing my clients regain the ability to move as they did ten years ago, providing them with the energy to play with their grandkids, or simply move seamlessly through their day, brings me great joy. As a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in the science of exercise movement, I am eager to embark on a journey with you towards better health and quality of life.

Anh is a rare gem in the field of personal training. Over the course of six months, she has been successfully coaching my elderly parents, who are 85 years old. Given my Dad's amputated right leg and my Mum's balance and walking concerns, I was initially apprehensive about Anh's training methods. However, I soon realized that Anh is incredibly meticulous and understands how to safely train her clients, regardless of their current health.
Notably, Anh has been able to motivate my Mum, who was previously averse to exercise, to consistently participate in her sessions. I am grateful for her unparalleled guidance, as my Mum's muscle tone, conditioning, balance, and strength have shown significant improvement since starting with Anh.

Over the years, I have encountered challenges with my mobility, which worsened upon reaching the age of sixty. My knees, hips, and back were causing me discomfort, despite attempting various solutions such as Physiotherapy, yoga and qigong. However, since discovering Anh, my life has completely transformed!
