For nearly two months, Kevin has been my personal trainer and I am grateful for the exceptional progress that I have made under his direction and observation. Within a short time, I have observed positive alterations in my physical appearance such as my arms, traps, and abs, as well as progression in my mobility and flexibility.
Choosing Kevin as my trainer has enriched my comfort level whilst exercising and, for the first time, I have been able to develop an affirmative relationship with exercise and nutrition. Kevin is always up for the challenge, delivering rigorous workouts tailored to my needs, while being empathetic about how I feel, especially due to my asthma and lower-back challenges.
